Can I withdraw without deposit? And what deposit I need?

No, you can not withdraw without deposit. You need from $5 deposit by ONE PAYMENT in any currency to unlock withdrawal option.

How to receive rain? Why i can't receive rain?

You must be online and be active in the chat. Also you must have at least 2 Level. To receive diamond rain you must have at least 5 level and be very active in chat! Diamond rains are random event.

Why i can't send message to chat?

You must have at least 1 XP to send message. If you trying to send user with user tag which not exist probably will be error or user will be cut from your message. If you are trying to send giphy image make sure you have needed level for this action. If you are muted you will receive a notification to bell.

What can i receive to notification bell?

There are a lot of messages that you can receive. Mainly it's: deposit, withdrawal, received tip, received rain, mute, unmute, contest win, jackpot win, admin notification, news, updates and many others
